A = anisotrope Bande (A-Bande, Länge entspricht der Länge der Myosinfilamente);
Fi = Muskelfibrille; Grg = Beta-Glykogengranula;
H = Hensenscher (heller) Streifen; i = isotrope, nicht doppelbrechende Bande (i-Bande wird bei Kontraktion kürzer);
M = M-Streifen, Mesophragma (Verbindungen von Myosinfilamenten);
Mi = Mitochondrien (Crista-Typ);
SER = sarkoplasmatisches Retikulum (glattes endoplasmatisches Retikulum, entspricht L-Tubulus, speichert Ca++);
ZZ-Streifen (hier Verbindung der Aktinfilamente miteinander);
